Built for Founders and Owner-Operators.

Find. Fix. Verify.

If you are facing an accessibility claim, counsel handles the legal response. But the technical issues behind the claim still have to be properly identified, corrected, and verified. Courts have dismissed some cases where businesses produced documented evidence that the accessibility problems were genuinely fixed.1

If you have already settled, the risk may not be behind you. Nearly half of last year's federal accessibility cases involved companies that had already been sued. Repeat cases often follow reviews that did not go deep enough and fixes that left important accessibility issues unresolved, creating legal exposure.2

That is where Verona comes in.

See Where You Stand

What This Is

One expert team. One complete package. One fixed price.

Built for founders and owner-operators whose websites drive the business, without an internal development team or accessibility specialist. Most vendors hand you a scan report and leave. This is the complete engagement.

Expert evaluation, not a tool report

We start with the best automated scanners on the market, then apply two decades of accessibility expertise to find what those tools cannot: the defects that affect your legal standing, your customers, and your brand.

We work with you and your counsel

Every step of the way. Findings are explained to you directly, and your counsel can be walked through them in the terms they need.

One team, start to finish

The same senior consultants evaluate the site, complete the corrections, and verify the results. Nothing is handed off.

Before work begins, you receive a written description of the scope, what the work entails, the expected timeline, and a fixed price.

Have you received an accessibility complaint, demand letter, or lawsuit?

Yes.

The Engagement

From first review to verified fixes.

Select any stage to see what it involves.

Find

We evaluate your site the way your customers use it, then sit down and explain what is wrong, why it matters to your business, and what it means legally.

You receive

A prioritized analysis, explained to you directly and written for your counsel.

Fix

Our consultants do the corrective work themselves, and explain what is being fixed and why as it happens. You are not handed a defect list and left to find someone to act on it.

You receive

A corrected website, with the work completed by senior consultants.

Verify

Every fix is manually verified against legal accessibility standards, and confirmed to have introduced no new problems.

You receive

A formalized report, presented in a working session with you, your team, and your counsel.

Why This Exists

The exposure is broader than most owners realize.

A demand letter names a handful of issues. It is not an inventory of your website. Resolving only what is listed leaves the rest of the site exactly as it was, which is why so many businesses are contacted a second time after settling the first matter.

Automated scanners have the same limitation from the other direction. They detect a fraction of what creates real exposure, and they cannot tell you which findings threaten a sale, a contract, or a legal position.

A customer using a screen reader, keyboard, magnification, or voice control may be ready to buy and still be unable to complete checkout, sign up, or access an account. Most will not report the problem. They leave, and the business loses the customer without knowing why.

The numbers show a pattern: these failures are widespread, they are not limited to large companies, and online businesses are where the litigation is concentrated.

Silence does not mean your website is accessible. It may only mean the problem has not reached you yet.

Found early, this is maintenance.
Found late, it is litigation.
